At OyaRoots, every item is custom printed and made to order just for you. Because we do not maintain a standing inventory, we handle returns and exchanges with the following specific guidelines.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement at no cost to you.
Please contact us at support@oyaroots.shop within 14 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or the defective area.
We will coordinate with our production partner to send a replacement to your original shipping address.
2. Sizing and Color Variations
Because all products are made to order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for "remorse" reasons, such as ordering the wrong size or changing your mind on a color.
We provide detailed sizing charts on every product page.
Please review these charts carefully before finalizing your purchase.
Minor variations in color or print placement may occur during the production process and are not considered defects.
3. Shipping Issues & Incorrect Addresses
Accuracy in shipping information is the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Address: If an order is returned to our fulfillment center because of an insufficient or incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed Packages: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the fulfillment center. You will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
Lost Packages: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the claim with our carrier to determine the best resolution.
4. Returns Process
In the event that a return is authorized by OyaRoots support:
Please do not send items back to the "Return Address" on the package without contacting us first.
Authorized returns must be sent to the specific fulfillment address provided by our support team.
Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
5. EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
The supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.
Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
Therefore, OyaRoots reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion for customized or personalized apparel.
