Order Processing

All products sold by OyaRoots are made to order and fulfilled through our production partner, Printful.

Orders typically require 2–5 business days for production before shipping. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after fulfillment:

United States: 3–7 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
European Union: 5–15 business days
International: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.

Customs, Duties & VAT

International orders, including shipments to the United Kingdom and European Union, may be subject to VAT, customs duties, or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

OyaRoots is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional reshipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking confirms delivery but you did not receive your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly. OyaRoots is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
